BBIC has partnered with a nationally accredited trade school, INTECAP. INTECAP’s certified instructors teach all classes at the City of Refuge while BBIC supplies the funding and materials needed. Men and women enrolled in our classes are equipped with practical trades, and upon graduation, they receive a diploma recognized nationwide by employers. Ultimately, our graduates are able to secure employment and provide for their families. Part of BBIC’s ministry model is not only to provide Guatemalan people with necessities to live, but also to empower those individuals to see their God-given potential and overcome the poverty cycle.
